Message To Parents

We are a responsible club. There will be no access to the bars or alcohol during Zenbiza. Soft drinks only will be available. There will be plenty of security and staff monitoring the event.

Additionally BREATHALYSERS will be used to ensure that no guests have consumed alcohol PRIOR to entering Zenbiza. This is currently at the discretion of the door staff and may become mandatory shortly. There is a total NO SMOKING policy in the club.

We are working with the Police and the night safe campaign to ensure the safety of the clubbers inside and outside, before, during and after Zenbiza. Further announcements regarding this will be put here in due course.

We aim to be proactive in making Zenbiza both safe and fun. Trouble makers will be identified. We will be on the highest possible guard for inappropriate behaviour, bad manners, bullying etc. When we find any problems only one warning will be given. Then the offenders will be removed and where necessary banned from the club.

We will also be taking every step to ensure that no drinks or weapons are bought into the club.

We want to make Zenbiza great and safe for the kids, we also want to make sure you the parents feel safe. We recommend dropping off and collecting your children especially the younger ones. We will be adding a special email address for parents to raise any concerns direct to the management. 

The forum and any guestbook’s will be monitored at all times. As we expect some of the kids to get carried away occasionally we will be looking for it and ready to make examples and prove to everyone that we take this seriously.  

Therefore we will have a safe environment where the kids feel safe and have fun and the parents can relax safe in the knowledge that we acting responsibly.
